We want you to love your look.
While we hope our dress shirts are just your style, we know that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right. If you need to make a return, we’re here to make the process quick and easy.

1. Return Window

You may return unworn, unwashed dress shirts with all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

      Be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, no odors, no signs of wear).

      Have all original tags and packaging.

      Include the order number and proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

      Items without tags or with visible wear

      Personalized or custom items (unless defective)

4. How to Return

5. Return Shipping

      Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

      Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item:

      Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

      You will be notified by email when your return is processed.

      Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item was defective or shipped in error).

7. Exchanges

      Our team is happy to process exchanges via email or phone. The customer is responsible for the return, and once the item has been received and approved, a replacement will be shipped.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect shirt:

      Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

      Provide photos of the item and order details.

      We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
